I made a mistake and saw an Online only coupon and only found out when it didn't work at the self checkout. Someone was nice enough to still honor it as I was trying to removed the item. Thank you so much. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Thank you again!

I love Michael's. Great place for all types of craft and decor store. When I think about being a professional crafter I go here to get my supplies. Except for yarn apparently. I tried their yarn and it just fell apart. So if you're seeking good quality yarn go to someplace like Joann's or a place that specifically tailors towards yarn.

I don’t like how now that they have self check out I have the same employee asking me if I need help every 5 min while I shop. I didn’t need help when you were sitting behind the register before, I think I’m okay girl. Focus on putting items back in the appropriate sale isle vs bothering me please. The biggest issue I have here is picking up something and wondering if the price I’m seeing is accurate or not.
Also no coupon when I went? This was last Sunday

I bought a $200 machine here. When i opened it i quickly realized all the bags were opened and gone thru. There is a mat missing which will cost $20 to replace. When i called the store they told me they dont accept any returns once it has been opened. So how did i get a used product?
