The new manager was absolutely awesome resolved my issues without hesitation. Never been more pleased with a banking experience. She has customer service skills that of an owner. Highly recommend this branch. And she just transferred from edgbrook location. No doubt that branch will miss her skills

They are always so friendly and professional. Always willing to go the extra steps for their customers, especially the branch on pawlisch dr. Actually, this is the branch I am talking about, GREAT PEOPLE!

Once again I’d like to state that this is the worst bank. They will leave you in life threatening scenarios with no access to your money and act like you’re out of line for thinking you should have access to your money. They do not answer phone calls, it goes to a call center that has no power to do anything with your account. You just sit on hold for hours wasting resources trying to get them to release your finances from holds they will freely admit never should have been on your account to begin with.

Even simple things like trying to make a deposit are like pulling teeth. Midland flat out blows.

They don't want you to call them. Customer service doesn't answer calls. I think be I should switch banks.

When Midland State Bank went and bought Alpine Bank who I worked with for years I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then they went and sold my mortgage to a tertiary company with TERRIBLE reviews. To make matters worse they deleted my online account so I cannot look at previous statements, or get my account number (which is needed for signing up for who they sold to). No customer service, they do not care for the customer! Please join another bank, do not trust them! This marks the death of the small town local banker, they only act in their corporate interests!
