Nothing on pumps about prepay. It says on screen lift nozzle to pay inside. I stopped to fill up my cab. The rude cashier could see plain as day I'm in a cab and therefore highly unlikely to drive off without paying. She stared at me through the window and left me standing there almost 3 minutes in the cold without authorizing the pump. I walked in and she stood there yawning at me. I gave her money and went back to the pump . This so far is the only station in the entire city of Rockford that does this to us cab drivers! Great customer service Kelly Williamson! Never coming here again! No customer service skills whatsoever!

Diesel in separate pumps on the right, can circle the parking lot and exit between the car wash and the station building to exit on Dempsey drive and return to the freeway. Good for RVs or trucks and very good prices

Went in to by something and the cashier was on her cell
phone the whole time. Her attitude and people skills were completely garbage. We had an issue in clarifying the pricing of an item, she was completely arrogant. I asked for the manager in order to resolve this issue and she said that the store didn’t have a manager. I would not recommend stopping here.

Was tired after work and the gym and couldn't decide what I wanted and got accused of stealing on the way out. I'll make sure to spend my money where I can take my time.

This gas station is very nice and always clean from the isles to the restroom they definitely do a great job taking care of this place, the prices are not bad at all and I recommend you download the app and use the rewards cards.
