Got some information on other places to contact to get help finding the equipment and stuff that is needed for an individual that had to give back the equipment and stuff they were renting through Integrated HomeCare Services in Rockford, IL. Aetna apparently hadn't been paying Integrated the money they owed them.

Reason to support local. My dad needed a wheelchair ramp at the house, i had no clue where to turn, Chuck and the crew at Mobility Connection went above and beyond to explain everything, worked with me on everything and kept me informed on the status of the ramp. Quick delivery, and very quick install. If your loved one needs any mobility help, this place is the place to use.

We purchased a used (like new) stair lift from Chuck over the phone. Chuck and his helper, Randy were very courteous, professional and friendly. They arrived punctually and completed the project very quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with Chuck. This was the last of our projects to enable us to age in our home.
