Sooo I decided to get my nails done last minute for my birthday .. the service was great lady was nice and talked to me the whole time … but I am not okay with this … they did NOT do a good job on my nails . It took 2 hrs and I don’t even know how because my nails just look horrible and sloppyyy!!!!!! Never will I go back to them … the perfect picture is what I asked for 😒

Just moved to Rockford! We all know it’s hard to find a good nail place! This place is it!!! They are amazing and FUNNY!! My nails 💅 are perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better job! Customer service top notch! I would give more stars if I could!!!

I requested dip nails and made an appointment. When I arrived, they didn't have basic colors for dip powder and did not have the curing polish used for dip. Instead, they used the purple acrylic monomer to apply dip powder. I asked if this was going to be the same result which they replied yes. Mind you, I've been getting dip for years. Immediately after finishing, my nails felt tight and painful. I took a hot shower and went to sleep hoping it was just temporary and woke up in more pain. This was a waste of money since I will now need to have them removed and redone somewhere else. *** if you do not have the equipment and supplies to perform a dip, do not offer dip services*** My nails feel like cement is on them.
