Zero stars at the most. The ladies there all communicate with each other to pick on the customer they play manipulating games all together all 3 of them. They have no respect a lady was burning my nails and making it sting with glue on purpose cuz how do you have that much experience and still do that. They thought they were playing me but I was just observing not a healthy environment to be in and they purposely talked around me to take attention of myself. The nails are horrible sloppy French pieces of gel balled up on the top of the nail the gems all messed up these nails are embarrassing. Worse French shape and lining I’ve ever seen! Run
I placed a picture of what I wanted and showed them but I got something different.

Price was decent. No chip nails chipped after two weeks. Massage chair wasn't working after a rough day. 🤦🏽♀️By the time they got it working, I was almost done. 😩 Feet didn't stay soft for long (a day or two). Hate that! Quick mani/pedi though.

The lady who did my nails was terrible. I went in for a simple French tip manicure, the lines for the tips are messy, there is hair stuck under the gel, there is bubbles in the gel, the gel is peeling off after only two days of having them done. The shape of my nails is not what I wanted after asking to fix them twice. I will never go back to this nail salon. When I say disappointment I mean it.

Pedicure chairs have no cushion left and are very uncomfortable, the polish on my toes chipped within a week, and the technician didn't use sterilized tools.

I asked for Coffin not crooked. When I told the nail tech she so oh it fine. The color i asked for was a deep burgundy not pink.

The lady who did my nails acted as if she was in a rush and there were no other customers waiting. She was entirely too rough. Kept bending and yanking my hands and almost broke my finger bending it so hard. Very sloppy work. Then was upset that I did not tip her. Polish is all over ran on my cuticles and around top of nails and nails were filed crooked. I’ve been here many times before me and my daughter but will never returnServices: Nail polish changes

By far the worst and fastest pedicure I have ever had.. I also got a full set of nails and it was even worse .... my fingers were cut and the nail polish was running .... I was definitely being rushed and felt like an inconvenience...I have never been so disappointed with my nails..... I told the nail technician that I wasn't happy with the service and he seemed to be upset and treated me differently.....he cut my fingers a few times and didn't say a word to me... by far the worst nail shop in rockford!!!!! Girlfriend and I went to get pedicures. The ladies did the bare minimum. I felt all I got was a nail clipping. My calluses are still there. We will not be back. I recommend going elsewhere.They also need to clean thier shop. The nail paint is all dusty and gross. The waiting chairs are also nasty.Service: Pedicure

Lulu is excellent Nail Tech but when she's not available twice I was put with Lucy. She is inexperienced and very rough and impatient and doesn't listen she gets frustrated very easily sometimes you don't see things until you get home to the house . This was the second time she made obvious mistakes the first time there was Phil lines all over instead of starting with a new nail or putting dark polish on , the second time she used pink gel and the nails are all different shades of dark pink which looks like someone hit me with a hammer and Light pink. I could say a lot more but it's very frustrating and I had to pay for someone else to fix her work the first time and right now I'm supposed to go in tomorrow and have someone else fix it but I told him I'm not paying him and that the woman who did it should pay him . Here is a picture unfortunately I won't be coming back to see my regular nail tech And one more thing none of them are grateful when you give them a tip I always tip mine $20 she's never impressed and then the man that works there didn't say thank you and then this Nail Tech Lucy looked as if it wasn't enough I gave her $15 that's why I am certainly done how much more do they want for a tip
