Northwest is the best. The people there are always helpful and friendly, from the tellers, to the personal bankers, to management. And the trips we've been on with the pinnacle club are always interesting, well planned, and we'll executed. A+++++ to Northwest Bank.

Used to have really good service a couple years ago here but the past year or so the tellers are rude they don’t help you with what you need to help with and it takes over 15 minutes to simply pay a payment.

This bank lacks features and is behind on technology. The customer service is terrible. Whenever I've had to call and/or manage my car loan, I experience nothing but rudeness from that department. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Worst bank I've ever had.

i called thursday to see if i could open a checking account my lunch break even though i have a temp drivers license, the woman who took my call placed me on hold to ask her manager and was told it wouldn't be an issue as long as i brought in my expired license with my temp so they could confirm that both adraddres were the same. today when i came in to open an account on my lunch break i was told i couldnt open an account because i had a temp license and have to wait till my license comes in the mail. needless to say i will be finding anothet bank to open an account with once my license comes in. THANKS FOR WASTING MY LUNCH BREAK!!!!

This bank is awesome. We receive 1.5% interest on our checking account. We've even been in a bind a few times and needed to use a random ATM- NWB paid the fee for us. Thanks guys!

I move around a lot for work, and I have used many different banks as a result. Northwest Bank has been the best customer experience by far. I set up my account with Michael, I was given his direct contact number, and he has always been easy to get a hold of, and very quick to help or deal with any issues I have had. My card was recently stolen and almost $300 was spent before I noticed and deactivated my card. I went into the bank thinking this was going to be a long, drawn out, pain in the *** to deal with like it was with Wells Fargo when something similar happened to me. But Michael took care of it and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. I highly recommend this bank.
