Website is not currently working and now I’m late on paying a loan payment until they open in the morning to call. Haven’t received any emails or phone calls about their website being down at all for maintenance or anything otherwise I would have made my payment sooner. It’s usually a super easy to use site and can make my payment within minutes

I've been banking with northwest for years and have never had a negative experience. Anytime I've needed to call and speak with someone or go in person all the girls there have been super helpful. Maria Bolhous is a delight and has helped me with a banking issue due to the holidays which had me so stressed out before. I look forward to doing business with northwest for many more years to come ❤️

Since the new president has just taken over this bank has gone down hill. They no longer care about customers only profits. They're trying to imitate citibank and also pretend to be a community bank. I've been a client for over a decade. Closing my account on July 1st.

Cannot recommend Kelsey Bronkema for mortgage lending enough! I have purchased a home with her and refinanced a loan with her and received top notch service each time! She truly listens and works in her clients best interest. Won't look anywhere else for a home loan!

I worked with Kelsey Bronkema directly and had the best experience with a lender I have had by far. She made everything easy to understand and provided explanations verbally to any questions I had at literally anytime of day. Working with Maria Bolhous has been absolutely wonderful. She assisted me with my mother's accounts after my mom became ill and has been a bright light in a difficult time. She's efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. I can't rate her highly enough!

I have been banking with you since you first opened on Rockton Ave many years ago. Over the years I met so many of your employees and always found them so helpful and courteous. Now with direct deposit and paying bills by computer I don't get in too often. Still, at 90 years old I find I call from time to time for help because the digital age leaves me in he dust sometimes.
