“I stumbled across B&H while searching locally for furniture stores to find a desk. I was impressed with their reviews so gave them a chance to- so glad I did! Ryan and his team were fantastic to work with! One of his members walked us through their large showroom and helped me pick the new desk I wanted to order. Both so friendly. I had some questions after leaving and Ryan called me and walked me through their online catalog since I didn’t have time to come back to the show room. On delivery day, Ryan and another associate showed up and were so friendly and accommodating to work with the limited space I had to get the desk brought in. He checked several components to make sure the desk seam matched and that I was happy with the setup and location. My desk is beautiful! So happy with my choice. Every time I have contacted him, he’s a genuinely kind and friendly person who is willing to help in any way. In our current world where customer service isn’t as prevalent as it once was, Ryan and his team stand out - by a long shot - from not only their competitors, but most places in area!
