Print Dept handles projects small & huge. Knowledgeable & friendly staff complete projects quickly, accurately and are not terribly expensive. Give them at least 24 hrs to complete a print job or plan to pay a service charge for same day service.

WORST STORE EVER!!!!!! Oh my gosh......... trying to get people to help me in the printing of something. Stood at counter and was not asked if they could help me for over 5 minutes. Totally incapable of performing a copy of something that has been done for me before. When speaking to me, The Customer, they were looking in a direction as if speaking to someone else! I drove 25 miles, to be ignored, and then work with someone whom is not Capable in the area they are working in.

If I ever return to this store, I will not use a debit card. Made a $54 purchase using a debit card. The register allowed for cash back with a debit card, so I selected $50 cash back - for a total of $104. The register said approved and my phone alerted me that $104 had been debited from my account. Checked in like for a chair for my kid said thay had one in stock, drove from another town to pick it up , told me yes that have one in stock but it's there display and they would not sell it . Well that is not stock .

Very Upset, I made a purchase online, the funds were taken out of my account. I drove 25 miles one way to pick my order and was told my order was not available since the stock they had. Was already sold out.

If I could give zero stars I would, worse customer service. Understaffed in printing department. After waiting in line for 20 mins said my order wasn't ready when email said it would be ready by four. Will not use their so called "services" again

I would give it a 0 if I could. Matt, there technician ruin my pc and with attitude on top of it. Please don't let him touch your stuff. Update, after much trouble, I was given a credit. The one star is for Matt, there technician. I would give the lady manager 5 stars, thanks for your help
