I went there yesterday to buy some smoked ham hocks they only had one out with the older gentleman told the younger gentleman to go and get the two they just put in the back so I bought two of them they was not fresh I paid $13 most of their prices are too high

Polish food staples such as fresh sausage, stuffed cabbage and pierogies are all available here and are all very good. As mentioned in previous posts their beef jerky is available in several different flavors and is also very good. I'd highly recommend anyone in the Rockford area to try this place.

We recently opened an auto repair shop and decided to celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony for friends, family, and employees. We went with Penguin Foods largely because of the good Google reviews. I am very happy that we made that decision! We went with the cold deli meant buffet and for our sides chose the potato salad and the pasta salad. We also added fruit skewers. The food was fresh and delicious and everyone loved it. Customer service was impeccable and they arrived with the food on time. We would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future events! Thank you to the Penguin Foods crew for making our event a success!

John and his tremendous staff catered two of our family weddings, and the food and service were nothing less than superb.John pays great attention to detail and is extremely accommodating to any needs you may have. Penguin foods catered my wedding. They were so nice, polite and professional. They made our wedding day and the reception a joy. Everyone at the reception commented how delicious the food was. Their baked chicken and beef was amazing. The au gratin potatoes are to die for. The green bean casserole was the best I have ever had. I ordered haluski, a Polish/Ukrainian dish and they were the best I ever had.John was so nice and accommodating and worked with me and all my requests. If you are looking to cater a banquet, family reunion, wedding reception, etc., please consider Penguin Foods. You will not be disappointed, but rather delighted with every aspect of their service! I would give them six out of five stars if I could.
