Yesterday I went there to purchase 6 packs of Maverick red 100’s. I went to pay with a credit card and was told there was a limit of 5 packs on credit card…. I never had any retailers that put a limit. So I had to do 2 transactions to get the 6 packs of cigarettes.
The retailer is crying about customers are doing a charge back saying it wasn’t them… Perhaps you should be verifying that the name matches on credit card to avoid this issue, ask for an id just like you do with tobacco and alcohol … I done it when I worked retail…

Charges me $.50 to buy a soda because it totals under $5 . I'll never stop there to buy a soda again .$2.10 for a $1.49 soda .that's a bigger tax than city,state,federal government has in this transaction. These stores want to start charging people to use electric payments when that's what choice they made to run their business. Not where I'll spend my money . I never buy gas there because it's higher than nearby gas stations .they don't take snap/EBT cuz then they legally couldn't overcharge you for type of payment. If my card hadn't already been charged I would not purchased and went elsewhere. She pointed at the tiny sign on the counter half under a candy display. Most people probably don't catch it . Sad days , charging a non taxed fee of 33% of my purchase. Never ever again .

Terrible experience, I will never spend money at this store and if nothing is done about this very quiet frankly racist incident. Phillips gas in general. On April 7th the apparent manager/ owner demanded I empty my pockets... Now feeling uneasy at this request I asked her to clarify... This is when she'd without any real evidence states she saw me put wait for it.... Multiple rice crispy treats in my pockets and that she wants them back... Yup, another Karen accusing black folks of stealing and like the rest wasn't the case. All I did was look to see if they had my favorite kind of rice crispy treat, and when I didn't see it I left to pay for the pop I had in hand the whole time. But apparently wearing a hoodie and being black means that looks, suspicious... Yeah no your employee is a racist who couldn't even apologize due to her hate. And would as must Karen's do... Call the cops on me in same vein attempt to show me her white power... We stood there and wrote out the report to Phillips corporate (waiting to hear from them). In Spite of the police making me move to the corner or the rain hitting my phone. Just like we will challenge this blatant racial motivated ban in court, because hate has to be fought. The owner is gonna cry about having to get me 50 in lottery card and then is gonna start yelling at me in front of my daughter he already had 41 in cards pulled out for me and he said he was done and not doing anymore for me I said I wanted 50 in card then the yelling started so me and the rest of the customers walked out and my daughter is saying there is a bad man at the gas station
The other employee asked me to leave respectfully so I left and told the gentleman for respectfully talking to me to have and good day and thank you

Flat out lousy service. I stood behind a woman for 5 minutes who was buying lotto tickets as another customer came walking in. When the cashier was finished with the lady buying the lotto tickets she proceeded to go to a different register and completely snubbed me. I tried to call to share my experience but their phone was disconnected. I wonder why. They probably don't get enough return business to pay the bills.
