The staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, are consistently described as excellent, very kind, professional, super friendly, and gentle. Patients report fast service, with short wait times and being seen quickly, especially when signing in online ahead of a visit. The experience is noted as very good overall, with doctors who answer questions and make patients feel very comfortable. The clinic efficiently handles various needs, from injuries and illness diagnosis to procedures like lab work, allowing patients to be in and out quickly. Many patients state they would highly recommend going here.
For an immediate care there should be only two options, 1 star or 5 stars. Either they worked their asses off to make sure you were diagnosed, treated, cared for, sometimes transferred, and other times referred or they fall short. P.I.C. on E. State St., in MY opinion, deserves 5 stars.

Love, Love, Love Dr. Boshku. She is caring, compassionate, and so thorough. I am very grateful for her medical attention to myself and my 86-year-old mom. Thank you, Dr. Boshku!

It's hard to beat. Scheduling ahead makes it easy to get in and out pretty quick. Very kind, competent staff.
