They wanted $131 to ship something UPS ground on a Monday that would be delivered Wednesday. I went to a UPS branch and paid $61 for the same delivery date.

Even 1 star is too much, don’t know how to do their job, hand packages to wrong carriers and according to them it’s not their responsibility when the packages are lost. Worst customer service ever, please avoid

I came to this location to get a package delivered quickly! I paid a lot of extra money to get it delivered the next day by 10 A.M. but the package did not arrive until 24 hours later!!!! I feel I should get a refund for the extra money I paid but the person I talked to did not seem to think it was his problem. I do not suggest paying any extra money to get your stuff delivered faster because they do not stand behind their guarantees!

I have used this location for years and never had a problem. In May, I dropped off a package to be returned and the package has gone missing; nearly $200 of merchandise. The company did a mail search and found nothing. I have an open missing mail search request with USPS, which to date has not found the package. The Postal Shoppe, though occasionally they have emailed me back, is stating that they do not have the package. So either the Postal Shoppe lost/stole my package, or USPS did.
Make sure you get a receipt!
USPS Email as of 7/2024:
"The US Postal Service® received the search request you submitted and it's being processed. Your package has not yet been recovered, but every effort is being made to locate your item(s)."
So the Postal Shoppe does not have it, and USPS does not have it...so who has my merchandise?

I got something notarized here and it was rejected for improper notarization. When I brought it back, the manager who had made the mistake didn’t apologize. She was annoyed that “they” hadn’t completed the part she left blank-which would be against the law to do. She went on to do another incorrect notarization where her name can’t be read. I pointed it out at the time. She said, “I can read it.” Can you read it? I have been told this won’t be accepted either. She just DGAF about notarial laws or if your documents pass inspection. She appeared to violate notarial law in two other ways. I will not be renting a mailbox or doing further business here. Unfortunate because this is the most convenient location.

Foreign born owner who does not value costumers privacy. American values are no where near this place. Yet, you ask him his name and he gives you a fake name. Not against foreign born but to try educate me on privacy and then give me a false name??? Not to be trusted. I'd pay double to avoid this character. Advertises one price then creates fees and charges to balloon to the final price. #Avoid like the plague.
