I got something notarized here and it was rejected for improper notarization. When I brought it back, the manager who had made the mistake didn’t apologize. She was annoyed that “they” hadn’t completed the part she left blank-which would be against the law to do. She went on to do another incorrect notarization where her name can’t be read. I pointed it out at the time. She said, “I can read it.” Can you read it? I have been told this won’t be accepted either. She just DGAF about notarial laws or if your documents pass inspection. She appeared to violate notarial law in two other ways. I will not be renting a mailbox or doing further business here. Unfortunate because this is the most convenient location.

Foreign born owner who does not value costumers privacy. American values are no where near this place. Yet, you ask him his name and he gives you a fake name. Not against foreign born but to try educate me on privacy and then give me a false name??? Not to be trusted. I'd pay double to avoid this character. Advertises one price then creates fees and charges to balloon to the final price. #Avoid like the plague.

My family members recent visit to the Postal Shoppe at Edgebrook left me disheartened. The service, once exceptional under the original owner, seems to have declined since the change in ownership. Additionally, the memory of perfect experiences from years back under the original owner makes this recent disappointment all the more noticeable. Considering this decline in service, I'm uncertain about returning to a place we once held in high regard. Awarding even one star feels overly generous based on this disappointing experience.

This happened today. Quote: My friend went to the Postal Shoppe at Edgebrook. A lady was being waited on at one register and then stepped out of line for some reason to allow someone else to check out. My friend was waiting for the guy in front of her to finish his transaction at the other register. The guy in front of my friend finished his transaction, and my friend stepped to the counter. The lady who had stepped out of line at the other registered asked my friend if she could go ahead of my friend. My friend responded, "no". The Postal Shoppe Owner (New Owner) told her "yes". When my friend said no, " I was here first, the Owner said "you should let go ahead of you". As if my friends' time was not as valuable. ???

The owner obviously does realize that we are in 2023 and that all people are created equal. My friend felt very belittled today when she was asked to wait so a Caucasian lady could be serviced although my friend was there first. Not cool!

i went to the Postal Shoppe at Edgebrook. A lady was being waited on at one registar and then stepped out of line for some reason to allow someone else to check out. I'm waiting for the guy in front of me to finish his transaction at the other register. when the guy in front of me finished his transaction I stepped to the counter and the lady who had stepped out of line at the other registered asked if she could go ahead of me, I said no. The "New Owner" told her yes. when I said no, i was here first, he said that I should let her, as if my time isn't as valuable. I wish Larry was still owning this place

We were just in the Perryville Postal Shoppe location yesterday and we tried to get 80 color copies of a map for our daughters wedding. The employee made the copies for us. The color on the copies was all wrong, super light and all yellow and the copies had extra lines at the bottom of them so we asked that they be reprinted to match our original. The girl helping us told us she could not do that and that if we wanted more copies we would have to pay for them. We asked for copies that matched our original and she refused. She also refused to refund our money when she would not provide the service that we hired her to provide. The employee who also said she was the manager was extremely condescending toward us. Do not waste your time or money here, there is no integrity to be had with this business.

I just feel like my information isn't being protected. When I go to ship a package, they type the address I'm sending it to along with my address to get a printed label (which I should mention is always on my package already) I understand having a more readable label however when it comes to my privacy, I don't feel they live up to their standards.

Gone down hill since new ownership. Wouldn’t bother using unless I had a prepaid return slip that sticks right on the packaging or you’ll be charged for a slip for the return label and for tape to close your package.

Not sure why the young woman had been standing back from counter…I asked a question and she didn’t move her body to come and assist me.Then…well, I won’t go into it. #dontgetit #uncomfortable #sorrytointerrupt
