I arrived at Quest feeling tired, hungry, and cranky. I didn't wait long before Sue took me back to do my blood work. She was kind, cheerful, and professional. I didn't drink enough water beforehand, so I thought it would be a difficult blood draw, but Sue easily drew my blood and it was painless. Sue was great. I left there in a great mood.

Legit Nightmare. Only 1 person working. I Had to go there for a drug screen (for work). No appointment (was told I wouldn't need one). Wasn't able to go on 1st try, ended up urinating on myself waiting over an hour for my 2nd try. Had to basically force myself in otherwise I would've gone all over the lobby floor.Lady employee was nice but this place needs better staffing or something. This is something that happens in nightmares!!

Good experience.Had an appointment early in the morning so I didn’t have to wait. Got seen by Sue, and she was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Good spot! Especially if you want to save some money compared to a hospital or doctors office. Obviously doing labs with your doc would be most convenient if you're already there, but the doctor I see is not affiliated with a lab, plus I don't have great insurance, so I come here to get lab work done at a discount. Make an appointment and they get you right in, but if you don't make an appointment then be prepared to wait a long time. I would definitely not recommend that option as it's really frustrating to be a walk-in. There's usually not many staff there.Came in today early in the morning and I believe her name was Sue was very cheery and nice. She helped me get all 6ish of my tests done and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. I appreciated the good customer service! Would come back again for future tests.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE lady claimed I used someone else’s pee because she heard me pee inside the toilet just like I’ve done at any other drug screen. She also “claimed” there was “no temperature” reading. She didn’t even look at the cup when she dumped my sample into the smaller container and instantly threw it away. Started yelling at me insisting I need to stay to give another sample as I couldn’t because I had to go to my other scheduled DOT exam. I honestly believe she racial profiled me as I provided what was needed. Literally no issues were need to be made.

I've been here several times for premployment blood work and urine testing. Experiences are a hit or miss. Tried to go in and Sue told us she only takes appointments and they were all booked for the day, yet the next day when I came back (with an appointment ) she told a lady that walked in she would be fine without an appointment. I then asked if my husband and I could switch places since I didn't have to go to the bathroom yet and she refused even though his appointment was only 10 minutes after mine. Another time I went we had a different tech and she was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. She was flexible and got us out quickly.

I was in and out of my appointment in about 10 minutes! Sue was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of scheduling my appointment. I had a few questions that I could not get answered because it was all automated. Even after attempting to talk to an actual person the automated line disconnected. I figured it out and went to my appointment hoping everything would go smoothly, it went better than expected.

Been here 3 times to get blood drawn and have been turned away all 3 times. Went in yesterday morning and there was only one person in the lobby waiting. I was told I had to come back several hours later. You can’t handle 2 people?

Sue was super sweet and my lab work went by in a flash! Definitely sticking with this location for any lab work that I might need!

This place is terrible they take so long to get to people a simple drug test took 2 hours for them to get to me a person can only wait so long when they need to use the restroom horrible service!!

I have gone to both Quest locations in Rockford (Riverside and Highgrove). I have always had the best experience at this (Highgrove) location. The front desk manager and technicians are very professional and very polite. They are also so good at their work that you hardly feel the blood being drawn. During COVID times, I found the location to be extra clean. I highly recommend this particular location (Highgrove pl) based on my experiences.

Care provider at OSF ordered a routine blood workup at Quest and told me to make an appointment. I did, and preregistered online. When I got there, I was told that they didn't get the required paperwork from OSF. Told me to call OSF from their waiting room and ask them to FAX it over. Outgoing message: "You are third in the queue . . . please stay on the line . . ." While on hold for several minutes, I recalled that the exact same thing had happened in Jan 2019. Told Quest associate I wasn't going to jump through these hoops again, but would reschedule after I spoke with my doc. She said "Oh, this happens all the time." So, I wonder why Quest can't review their appointments at the top of the day and check that the required paperwork is in. Why leave it to the patient to resolve a failure in communication that clearly isn't theirs?
