A generally disappointing experience each time I'm there. And they aren't very good with young children (pediatric blood draw). If you have little ones especially, go to the Highgrove Pl location in Rockford

The location at 5901 E. Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL has a kiosk instead of a receptionist. This is an incredibly cold and impersonal manner of showing "care" for patients. It's obvious that the goal of Quest Diagnostics is money, and not service.
