One star for the TERRIBLE automated phone experience. Its confusing and there's no human avail to speak to. I said "operator" to get help. It actually said "I know you want to speak to someone but I can't do that for you." It's a digital world, sure, but you'd think a medical facility would let you talk to at least the receptionist. So I have no clue if I made the correct appt.

The location at 5901 E. Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL has a kiosk instead of a receptionist. This is an incredibly cold and impersonal manner of showing "care" for patients. It's obvious that the goal of Quest Diagnostics is money, and not service.

The worst freaking place to come to get a drug screening. They take walk ins but if they are busy and have many schedules they won't let you in. How does that make sense that they take walk ins but they don't.

I've shown up to this location two days in a row for a walk-in drug test. The first day, I arrived after work at about 4:15pm and was told that walk-in testing stops at 4pm. Would have been great to know ahead of time, but no problem. I arrive today at 3:45pm, which was an absolute miracle because I work until around 3:30pm on the far south side of Rockford, did my check in on the kiosk tablet, only to have someone come out and tell me my appointment was being cancelled because walk-in testing isn't accepted after 3:40pm. If you guys are in a rush to leave so you don't want to do anything else, just say that. I've gone out of my way twice now just to be shooed away at the door. I see why everyone else uses Physician's Immediate Care for testing.

Terrible service. Employee working closed drug screen time 30m early and refused a patient who had been waiting with me after taking excessively long with another patient...

They lost my appointment that I made online on their website.
Very disappointing, i had to wait as a walk-in. Then now over a week later they cannot find my results. Ughhh….!!

I love how I was sent a text message to let the center know when I arrived. I clicked the link provided to check in which allowed me to not have to check in the lobby. I was called almost immediately. The young lady who drew my blood was quick and quite efficient. I did not feel the needle go in at all. It was very smooth. I told her so, too. I confirmed my name was spelled correctly on the labels. I then signed my name after the blood draw and I was out of there in about 5 minutes! Very pleasant experience.

The one thing which is not a big deal but, I am on a blood thinner and the bandage came off and Blood got all over my jacket!

Easy to register on computer. Waited less than 5 minutes. Lab tech who greeted me was friendly and efficient. In and out of the lab in less than 10 minutes total. Results were posted as soon as they became available.

The Lab Tech Rakisha was amazing, I hardly felt the stick. My appointment was for noon and I got in early because no other patients were there. The whole thing took approximately 6 minutes. Now that’s is what I’m talking about! ?

They did not complete the right test. Also long wait time just to get a real voice on the phone. NOT a fan on any automated systems... so needless to say unable to explain or talk to anyone about wrong test and unable to confirm if lab orders were received. Ended up getting hard copy from doctor and brought my own lab order with me to the appointment.
