Beware-the units may be priced right at the Rockford, Illinois Main St. location but forget about seeing anyone during office hours. The property manager is gone for hours on end and not even the call center can get in contact with her. There is no district manager and escalation of my request to talk to a regional manager was ineffective both times I’ve requested it. The property manager stated in her walk through that the unit we vacated still had stuff in it. That wouldn’t have been the case if the manager had ever showed up. I should’ve taken a picture of the unit because I even swept the unit, which I didn’t have to do. I have two other units and I just wanted to see if the regional manager can make some procedural changes so there is more transparency and so there isn’t false advertising of office hours. Also, empty units are left wide open, the climate control building has flying bugs trapped in spider webs, I had a dead mouse in the crack of my climate control unit that I vacated. Also, one unit, more than two weeks later, still had someone’s gross junk overflowing out of the partially open door. Not to mention the dumpster seemed to have the same garbage and mattress overflowing from it for more than two weeks. So that is what you are going to get for your money. On a side note, all five+ call center people I talked to are excellent at their jobs when talking to a frustrated customer, unfortunately they can’t get management to respond to their escalation requests.
Three weeks have now passed from when I wrote the above review. No one from the company has ever followed-up with me and the owner hasn't even bothered to respond to this review. He/She mostly seems respond to positive reviews.

I had an informative and enjoyable conversation with your employee Kaitlyn. She was friendly and answered all of my questions I had. She explained to me she was new and if she didn’t know the answer said she would direct me to someone that could. It’s nice to hear a friendly voice for a change.

Bought a couple of storage units off of locker fox that were at the S. Main St. Rockford location. Worst experience ever!! I was stood up the first time I came down after driving for an hour to get here. She said she would be here she was not here. Wasted a day and wasted My gas. Now I have the lockers cleaned out came to get my deposit back and they are supposed to be open from 9:30 AM till 5:30 PM.. No one is here and now customer service is telling me. I will have to come back tomorrow again wasted time and wasted gas. I am furious, how can they run a business this way? I know they’re short of help, but it’s the very least they could be here during their hours. Will never buy a unit from this place again! also found about seven mice dead in the units. Also, the gate is stuck open, so there is no security in this place. Garbage is overflowing. And several mattresses lining in the woods around there.

Customer service (Allie) was exceptional but the website needs to be updated showing the office is not same as storage location.
