Initial setting up was handled very professionally by Nicole. I have yet to actually move my items into the unit yet. I checked it out and it was clean and dry for moving in.

I highly recommend this facility! I called and spoke with Kaitlyn and she found me a unit within my price range! When I arrived it was very accessible and clean.

This place is unbelievable in a bad way! I reserved a 10×20 climate control unit 3 days in advance. I get to the location. The gate was open, and I found the office was locked and come to find out the property was just bought, and they did t hire any managers for that location or the other location. My unit is 1025. I get there and only 3 digit unit numbers, and I'm not seeing the climate control area. I call. I'm told the lady that drew up my paperwork put me at another location about 15 mins away so I get to that location to find my code doesn't work and I'm not seeing any climate control or 4 digit units
I call and told not sure why the lady told me it was another location and that it is the original location but still.couldnt explained where the unit is but wanted me to drive back and call when I get there so they can figure out what's available? I'm saying no to that, and they need to figure it out so she transfers me to claims or disputes. I waited about 3 or 4 mins, and the phone hung up, so I called back and explained to the new person all the bs that were going on. The fact I drive 17 hours from TX to be bounced around when I had the unit reserved 3 days prior and I have a loaded uhaul and the uhaul needs to go back and I just ran $30 of gas back and forth to. I was on the phone with the fourth person for 20 minutes when he told me they didn't have any updated maps of the location, and he was using Google maps to try and navigate the location, but couldn't tell me where the unit is. It's now been 3 1/2 hours and close to businesses closing to be told I will get a refund because they can't say why the numbers aren't matching and if there is any climate control and that it could be down the road but couldn't say for sure. Had the place I not found that stayed open past 5, I would have wasted $40-50 of gas and pay another day for my uhaul. This was the worst thing anyone should have to go through just for a storage unit, so I would highly recommend not to take a chance going through what I did
It's unnecessary and ridiculous. My anxiety was out of the roof, and I don't normally deal with anxiety. It was that bad!

Moving in the Sunday before Memorial Day Monday, and it went perfectly smooth! I was nervous since I've never used a storage box. Highly recommend.
Oh, and it down poured that day, and there wasn't a drop of water in my unit!

This place is terrible! wrote a review a week ago because I was going thru my things and got a call from the last who callee my things junk and told me to get it cleaned up because they have building inspections and I told her I was sitting and going thru my things mind u I have 2 units and have had no problems until now with these people a week after submitting my reviews now I am locked out of the facility from both units in being forced to move out with a month to do so no money to do so and I have an hour to get my things from 2 units with adult supervision then they lied on there report and said I was living in my unit and there was trash everywhere funny thing is how is that possible ive been in Nashville for a funeral and we were sorting thru things daily because when i moved in i had limited time to do so I will b contacting a lawyer and I have about 6 or more people who were with me daily that will say the same u have cameras also that will prove it as well munud the one thats been broke and what about the peoole whose units got broken into the gate was cut and noone did anything and the guy told me that peoole break into units a lot sad as hell

This place I had two units at I was doing just fine. Never had any problems. Nothing. I'm organizing my belongings and I have a tarp over them because it's been raining for a week. I didn't want my things to get ruined. I got a call from the manager stating that I needed to remove my junk because they're having a building inspection this week. First of all, who are you to tell me anything about anything that I own? And I definitely am not going to be paying $180 for the one unit and 80 something dollars for my second unit to store junk in it. I have better things to spend my money on. Do not rent from these people. They're absolutely horrible and absolutely atrocious. They care so much about their their units. That's why people are breaking in and stealing them. Cameras don't work. Gate code barely works. It's dirty and there's nobody on site to help you with anything

I love the service I was provided when I leased my rental storage. The prices are within my budget and you save money if you automated payments. The storage facility is secured and you need your own code to get into the property. Thank you, especially on the last minute time frame I was on. Your rental property and agreement is so much better than Cube Smart.

Careful when choosing this storage company! Lack of knowledge and competency. I received an email stating that there was no lock on my storage after thinking there was one and was charged a lock cut fee when there was no actual lock from my previous "friend" whom stored some things.

I would definitely recommend this site for storage and I would use it again in the future if needed.Highlights:1. Ease of renting 10/10 I was able to do everything online, which suits my work and sleep hours the most.3. Cost 10/10 I got a very good deal of $1 for the first month and normal price for the remainder2. Cleanliness 9/10 No debris and no weird smells.The only drawback was that the website said there was a vending machine to rent a lock on-site, which I could not find.
