We ran over something and had damage to under carriage. We made an appointment to have car checked out. Matt was professional and informative. Honest opinion was to go through our Insurance as damage was more severe than we thought. He took the time and we are grateful. I would definitely go back there as it is within my community and like to support local.

Outstanding, professional, attentive and number 1 the owner Matt is HONEST. I took my car for overheating issue and he did a fantastic job!! He's my car mechanic and Matt should be yours!! If you want the job done right take it to Matt!!!!

Great guys here all around. Matt the owner even picked me up from work so I didn't have to walk 45 minutes to the shop. I offered to buy the guys a beer or something to show appreciation but he said no "that's what we're here for"! Very friendly, highly recommended all around

Reliable auto care has been a trusted auto repair business that serviced my family's vehicles since the beginning. My husband would always take our vehicles to Matt because of his excellent, professional, extremely knowledgeable expertise on many of our different models and makes of cars. I have trusted and frequently used their awesome services and could always count on a job well done, and with great friendly service from Matt. Prices are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Reliable Auto Care. Matt has always been fair and honest when fixing my cars, always contacts me to let me know step by step what needs to be done and The cost of how much it's going to be. I definitely trust Matt with all my Mechanical needs. I also had my Radiator blown and my car was unable to drive. And it was really cold out and I was stranded on the other side of town and Matt gotta hold of a tow truck for me, and they were there within the hour to transport my vehicle to his shop. Hands down the Best Mechanic I know!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Ram Promaster 2500 in for a tune up and oil cooler install. Matt was amazing, honest and very professional. Van was done in one day and at a fair price! Well worth the hour drive from Dundee.. I will be using Reliable Auto Care for my future repairs and maintenance.

I took my car in for a tune up and I was nervous because I got an estimate from another place and I thought it was too much so I decided to go to a local shop and see what estimate they would give me. It was WAY cheaper than what the other place was trying to charge me. WAY cheaper. Not only did he do a great job but he checked my tires my windows wipe liquid fluid and even noticed something else that was clearly in need to be replaced but gave me a price showed me online where I can find it cheaper and said if I buy it and bring it he would put it on for me and give me a discount. Because it’s not that hard to replace but other places tent to over charge for simple things. I thinks he has a GREAT SHOP! I will take the drive from Elgin to Rockford anytime I need great work done at a great price! Thank you to the owner Matt for always being there to help and explain everything that is being done.

I had a caliper fail early morning when I got to work. Had my car towed here from my job. They were super responsive and kept me up to date with what was wrong and what would be needed. The price was nearly half of what other shops were quoting and he got it done by lunch time!Service: Brakes

This man is a thief! He does bad business and he does work on your vehicle without the owner’s consent. He is racist! He takes advantage of black and brown people. Don’t go here to get your vehicle repaired. You will be disappointed!!! Very bad business owner!!! Horrible!!!Service: Engine repair
