Sales/technical guy (Mario) was really nice and as helpful as possible, but their website is woefully inaccurate and out of date. Most of their once-amazing CV boot selection is now discontinued. How the mighty have fallen.

Dont expect customer service after the sale. Luke in customer support is not at all helpful.
