FOR YEARS FROM WHAT I HEARD!!!!!!0 STARS 0 STARS 0 STARS 0 STARS 0 STARSPlace should be torn down. It's been sold and rebought many times probably because of the bugs and the building falling apart. Walked the front desk lady/manager to the room with my legs torn up from scratching till they bleed to tell her about the bug issue and she says "We've had a bug issue with that cushioned chair before" WHY IS IT IN THE ROOM THEN?!? Kicked out WITHOUT REFUND after i reported the bugs, my girlfriend stepping on glass from a broken pipe on the floor as soon as we walked in, and more of the horrendous state of the hotel to Wyndham. Took 3 MONTHS to receive a $200 refund because the very rude big front desk lady fighting it saying I recieved it already and that it went through. Took way too long and too many calls to their corporate office. They say they have "free coffee" but the lazy front desk lady isn't ever up there and has the door locked with a paper with a number on it to call her of ya need her. TERRIBLE!DO NOT GO HERETHERE IS MANY REASONS WHY NOBODY STAYS HERE!!!!Even with the prayer that the exterminator fixes the bug problem, roofs still falling, terrible staff, upper level is completely blocked off, this place needs to burn in hell. Along with the front desk lady who tried to rob not only me but the rest of the people who've left reviews too.(I'm 10000000% serious she fought corporate trying to keep my money and i dont write reviews)DONT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING

Horrible!!!!!! ?Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel.I booked with Priceline and got to the hotel at 9:30 no one was on site or at the front desk.I called the number that they had printed on the window to no avail.I waited for an hour in the cold snow waiting for someone to show up but no one ever came or answered the phone..We had to book another hotel and begged them to refund the money back.Do not I repeat do not book with this hotel!You have been warned!???PS worst experience ever.. plus it's nasty and the whole top floor is blocked off because of termites.

I had to make an emergency stop while traveling and came across this hotel. It seemed not to be the most pleasant but the staff were super friendly and very nice. They have exceptional service as far as customer service goes. The rooms are a little out dated but very clean. I was very satisfied with my stay and every question I had from directions to food was answered during my stay. The front desk ladies were very helpful and even helped load my car when leaving because of the snow. I'm elderly and appreciate all their assistance. If you're looking for a nice place that is quiet for a nights stay this is the place to go to. And it is right off the highway. Thank you to the wonderful ladies in the front for helping me. I will definitely return if I'm in the area.Rooms: Old but very clean and comfortableFood & drinks: Lots restaurants nearby up the roadNoteworthy details: Staff very friendly and helpful

The beds r broken they have bed bugs roaches mice and they also have mold under the sope stand toilet and bath the managers bf brakes windows and throwing the bench out front they argue every single day they were always high even though they were not supposed to the manger pocketed deposits and not giving it back she would always be in our business.

Not good for semi truck parking. Ok for Class B trucks. On the run down side. Check in was good. No overnight staff on duty at the night of my stay. For non smoking room, it stunk of cigarettes. Very unappealing for a non smoker. Seemed like the place was under renovation. My co worker that was traveling with also agreed that even though the price was cheap, not worth staying there again. As he said, if there is no coffee in room..it’s not for him. No coffee maker. No eating places close by.

Fleas or something imbedded in carpet. Could feel them jumping on your ankles. No garbage can or microwave in room.

You're better off sleeping in a Walmart parking lot with or without a car. Better off under the bridge. Better of not stepping close to this half-torn down shack, otherwise the Bed-Bugs will get you.

No Wi-Fi service. Room was supposed to be non smoking and it stunk of cigarettes. Parking lot has potholes and exterior in need of painting. No attendant upon arrival had to call an 815 number and wait to check in. Bed was comfortable at least. No in room phone. There is a small refrigerator.

I think it could be a better place once they replace all of the current staff. Office doors remain locked and unstaffed all through out the day and night. They tell you to call a number posted up but nobody ever answers said number. If you have an emergency and have to resort to knocking on the staffs personal room doors at the hotel, because of the lack of service, it is a HUGE problem. They make you sign weird paperwork that is directed towards guests randomly. The management has the worst attitude ever and never even have to work. They literally sit outside or in their rooms all day. No one is EVER in the office. Sometimes not a single staff member is even at the property all day long. I’m not sure why Wyndham even cuts them checks because not a single staff member there even works. And good luck meeting the owner or someone higher up in the company

I only gave one star because I couldn't give negative 99. Travelocity erroneously booked us into this horrific place and they made us pay twice. No one should ever stay here. It is half demolished. Finish the job. Abominable accommodation.Noteworthy details: I believe it is some kind of half-way house or shelter. No offense to those individuals but your casual traveler has no business there. The front desk clerk stayed locked behind two doors and will not respond to a knock on door or window. Only provides a phone number that goes to voicemail that claims to be full.

The manager Leah & D the assistant have discriminated against a disabled senior citizen paid customer by refusing service, even ice has been refused by management. Nothing was ever done by the client to result in something like this. Apparently they don’t believe in The Constitution.If only the owner would at least stand up for The Constitution.Rooms: Construction going on early in the morning so you can’t sleep. No guest laundry at all as they removed it. Parking lot is really bad and will take a $million to tear up and replace. The upstairs balconies are so old and need of replacing that they are now boarded off. No phone in your room to the front desk but it doesn’t matter as they usually aren’t there anyway. A manager Leah that has a big black boyfriend that smashed out her window in the hotel room! He’s probably a good guy that had enough of her and smashed out the big picture window of her hotel room on the left side of the building as you face it. Do NOT go to this hotel. If you do use your 2A as necessary. They try to make you sign papers to give your rights away even though you prepaid. They look for ways to kick out prepaid customers! All the good paying people left because of many issues. They only took cash (no credit cards) for about a month and now charged a room to a new client paid online that she paid double and she left after an hour getting Leah the manager out of bed to correct the overcharges! Good for her.No Pets. Even though the hotel is supposedly being remodeled anyway you still can’t have pets. If you rent weekly the prices have gone up and they want to kick you out to rent to the next s****** Leah is the manager. She’s only been there a few months & D the assistant manager that’s been there for years made a disabled senior citizen woman pick up the bird bread that she put out for the birds ? in snowy winter conditions. ? The construction is NOT done by licensed professionals but by illegals and the company that owns the hotel is listed as an LLC to attempt to hide the real owner’s identity. Even the employees will hide the identity of the owners and the city of Rockford now knows all about the scams of business laundering. You cannot get deliveries to your room for anything anymore as the front desk wants to be in your business. Can’t even get a pizza delivery to your room! Top this off, the only ice machine is at the front desk which is closed most of the time with a phone number posted that no one ever answers. ?Only good thing is a maintenance guy that will try to help. Ryan is ok but he in fact has nowhere else to go or even he would leave.
