I came in to buy a wig for a cosplay the next day as the wig I originally ordered didn’t work out, we asked for a wig that was on a mannequin at the front of the store that was black (the color I needed) and realized after we got home that we were given a brown and red half wig, not the full we wanted. We put it back in the packaging and verified they took returns on the website linked to the mall website and it said they did within 30 days as long as the wig was unworn and in original packaging. We came back not even 3 days later and we’re told we couldn’t get a refund or exchange, which I understand is not the employees fault and I don’t blame anyone but it’s very upsetting that I’m now out $30 on a half wig I can’t use because we were given the wrong item and paid before being handed it to verify it was right.

I bought my makeup here and it’s more cheaper than Sephora. I will be coming back to purchase more of their products. Totally recommend
