I called to get our 2013 Ford Escape battery changed. The employee took the vehicle information and scheduled the appointment. Upon arriving on the day of appointment I checked in up front. They proceeded to ask me if my battery was completely exposed so they can access. It wasn’t as half of it is under the dash. I was then told they couldn’t do it. So a complete waste of my time. The idea they do not ask the question up front upon scheduling the appointment is unreal. A list of make and model of vehicles they cannot service would make complete and total sense.

Awful service. Employees act like gang members. Had so many items rang wrong and was treated like the problem. No way to contact management. Has employees that were fired from other places for stealing.

The Rockford IL store is good, but some of the pharmacy staff at this location are horrible. Sometimes I have had a good pharmacy person help me who was very helpful and polite. But several times I have come across pharmacy staff who should not be working there. There is one person in particular who picks up the phone, puts you on hold, and then never answers the phone ever again. I did come across one who is an idiot in my opinion, who looked up my information and said there are no refills left, but when I logged in, I found I had 15 refills left. Next time if I get this idiot I will call in the store manager and report her. She obviously did not know how to operate the computer software.

WOW : DEC. 1 11: 00 Am , it took about 45 minutes to put 4 new tires on my 2014 ram. Wen I got home no paid register reseipt in envelope, the next morning oil on the driveway / garage floor. Wen I phoned was toled " take it to a GARAGE to prove it was sam's tire!. Down over juart in 5 +/ - mile ride home.

Jason from the Tire center was WONDERFUL. He worked with me to get me in the best tire he could in my price range. He didnt try to over sell me and talked to me like I was one of his friends. Very personal and the biggest reason I ordered my tires fro. Sams Club. Thank you Jason

I will never shop or EVER work for this place again these people does not like colored people they use you for your worth ethic & when they don't need you anymore they get rid of you , I have never seen ignorant people in such a work place like this ever since I been working here I have had so MANY Issues happening here that I never HAD at any other job this place is so racist it does not make sense when they feel like your doing good they will FIRE YOU I literally helps out in other areas that they needed help in PACKAGED anything and everything volunteered for extra work etc .

Why do I have to pull my membership out everytime I come into the store. I have been a Sam's club plus or gold member since at least 2005. I dont like opening my purse at the door and taking it out of my wallet to wave it at the person at the door. It is also the credit card I charge on. Why would anyone in their right mind wave around their credit card... very disappointing gonna check out costco

I left Costco to come back here. Sometimes I wonder if I made the right decision a month ago. Sams Club in Rockford have the WORST customer service counter employees 98% of them. They snap, they don't bother listening, they don't care, they're rude, and abnoxious. They do not want to be bothered even if there's no one in line. Only 1 person is nice there, ask for Suzy! Because of these experiences every time, I give it 2 stars. I hate Sams only because of their Customer counter. I never get a call from Mgr and I will now write Corporate.
