Had the doors locked and store closed at 8:45pm on tuesday 01/21/25. The sign says closes at 9pm, seems lazy on close shifts part. Just scrolled through the other reviews and saw a bunch of the same, maybe the business hours should just be updated to compensate at this point.

The store was really filled! Had everything I needed! Was clean! I was looking for something. I asked a gentleman that's been working there since the day they opened. And he wouldn't acknowledge me. The people he was talking to was talking with there kids jumping in and out of boxes and I just needed help finding ice cream cones. I just don't think that' not good customer service. The same night. When I checked out. I didn't want or needed a bag. The cashier told me I had to pay and can't refund me.

First store is clean the isles of well stocked and shelved properly and employees will open up another register if more than three waiting.

Shopping at this save a lot is a great experience all employees have great personalities make you feel welcome the problem with this store is all the crackheads outside the door begging for money when you leave making you not want to go experience in the store great
