Angela was great, helping me figure out what size I needed and bringing me scrubs in a variety of colors and styles to try on and see what I liked. The scrubs I bought are very comfortable and fairly priced. Will definitely go back again.

Very expensive. Sizing in the store is random, they often dont have the sizes you need for the bottoms and tops and matching them is difficult. The materials of the scrubs is thin polyester. They used to use more durable cotton in their scrubs, but i think only the Mens scrubs include cotton anymore. The prices have really gotten out of control and one scrub set should not cost 85 dollars. How much are healthcare workers making? Not much.

Angela is extremely helpful! She saved me a lot of time and helped me find exactly what I needed. I appreciate that she is friendly and keeps the store well organized.

I experienced unfair treatment at this store. The employees were rude and dismissive toward me. When I asked questions, they gave short, unhelpful answers, and one older lady even refused to leave the register to assist me.
Just five minutes later, another customer walked in, and the same employee treated them completely differently—friendly, cheerful, and willing to walk away from the register to help them find what they needed.
As a paying customer, I should have been treated with the same respect, but instead I felt like a nuisance. Because of this, I walked out and will not be returning.

Angela and christen at the rockford location were so sweet and helpful. immediately upon entering the store i was greeted with a smile and asked if i needed help. Angela and christen helped me find the perfect scrubs to start school! thank you both so much!!!

Angela, the store manager of Scrubs and Beyond in Rockford is absolutely amazing! I was so stressed out, trying to find the right things for nursing school. Two white tops, two black bottoms. It was so great to have someone who was so helpful the whole entire time. There were so many brands to choose from, And Angela set up my dressing room And kept bringing me more and more options and checking in on me. She is absolutely incredible and knows her stuff. She will 100% get you anything you need. Thank you again Angela! ❤️

Angela at Scrubs & Beyond in Rockford , IL was wonderful!!! I told Angela what I was looking for and she found exactly what I wanted.
The was so kind to give me feedback on the fit of the scrubs and was so sweet and patient with all my questions. There are so many choices here and I was excited to find a new fit and options because of Angela I feel more confident and excited to rock these new scrubs!!!

I didn’t have a great experience while shopping. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being closely watched by the staff the entire time. It made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Shopping should be a relaxed and enjoyable experience, but this left me feeling uneasy.

I'm sharing my recent experience, hoping it helps others. I was really disappointed with the unhelpful and rude staff. It's important for businesses to value customers, and this just wasn't the case here. I really hope management takes note and addresses this issue. I won't be returning, which is a shame because I used to enjoy going there.

I am leaving a 5-star review because Angela the manager was very helpful on our first visit to this store. She offered to order sizes that were not readily available in the store and they have a wide variety of scrub brands and options. Upon our second visit, we were met with 2 rude employees who were not helpful and argued with us about the color of the scrub top; the name of the scrubs is listed on the price tags, so there should have been no debate, but there was. Then one of the ladies rudely said we close at 6, so if you need to try something on do it soon. I understand it is the end of the day and people have bad days, BUT remain professional and do your job well. If you choose to work in a customer-driven industry, be polite, NO matter what, and lose the attitude. I own several businesses, so my whole career is based on people telling me what to do. I always have to keep a good attitude and be professional. The clients/customers are how I get paid and make a living, so that is the least I can do. We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. I will return only because the manager listened to my complaint and said she would talk with her staff.

First off…. ANGELA IS AMAZING! It’s been some time since I needed to buy new scrubs and she was a huge help! I had an idea of my current size and she gave me a myriad of options to try, since my usual brand wasn’t in the brick and mortar store. I will say it again :) Angela, you are an angel! Thank you to you and S&B for an amazing shopping experience!!!
