“We just recently moved back and decided we needed a climate controlled storage place while we are temporarily living with family and this location popped up and had a good deal. I was a little disappointed when we got there to unload our truck to find the front doors not working and then the only way into the part of the building where our unit was is a door in back with 3 steps to get into . Having some larger heavier items this is very inconvenient so we waited to speak with someone the next day . I was very impressed with the store manager Paola and her understanding that having a unit in the half of the building that isn’t accessible through any main entrance wouldn’t work for us and she quickly found us a unit on the side with easier access. She was kind and helpful. However switching units ended up costing us an extra $10 a month because it was closer to the door in the back that is working and since there was no date on when the other doors would work we choose to be closer to the one door that was working. I don’t think being charged extra is fair however we needed a unit . My biggest issue with this location is them needing to put more thought and money into it and making it easier for people to access. Both sides of the building should be able to be accessed through the main entrance because having stairs when you have heavier items or for people that may have disabilities doesn’t work. I also was a little disappointed with the way the website stated you didn’t need any money to get started and then after signing up before completing it needs $60 in fees for a lock , a one time fee and something else . So even getting a month free you still end up paying for a month with everything in the end . Just seems deceiving . Overall the unit is clean , climate controlled , staff is friendly and it works for our needs . Just wish the company overall was a little more upfront with all costs and making the building a little more cohesive.”

“I’ve had a storage unit here for over 10 years and I would have to say not only has my stuff been safely kept the place is clean and the customer service if you have questions or issues paying your bill has been absolutely five stars. The only reason I’m not giving this company five stars is because I miss having the dumpster and when you pay as much as I did a month, I think that I’ve earned the use of their dumpster. Other than that David the facility manager is the best one they’ve had so far he has been kind he’s been prompt and he has been extremely helpful even got out of his car to help assist us with an item that we were struggling moving into the unit. Thank you so much David.”

“Anytime I need assistance, they are available on the other end of the phone. They also just installed remote access for the gate so I can open it with my phone when I’m within range. I love that!”
“No real issues with the rear alignment or process. My only issue, the trailer did not have a jack/jack stand. Unless you have some blocks to place underneath the tongue it rest sit on the ground making it difficult to lift after loading the trailer”
