I stopped here to get drinks for my children and I. I had planned on buying two 20oz pops and a case of 10 Capri Suns. I got to the register and the guy asked how many capri suns are in the box. I stated 10. Which if you go to any store that’s how they are sold in a 10 pack. I got ready to pay and noticed my amount to pay was $20 something. I asked what did you charge me for and how much is the drinks . The man said the capri suns are individually sold and are .75 each… even at that amount it don’t add up to over $20 something. So I was still confused. I told him take it off I don’t want them. And continued on to buy the 2 pops. When I said for a recipe I was given what is not a recipe it does not show a amount of anything that was but just the amount to pay. I’m overly confident that this man is putting his own price on items and selling them. He is basically stealing from customers. I’m just happy I looked at the total before purchasing or he would have gotten over on me… this was my first time here and I’ll never buy a item from them ever again. The his place should definitely be closed down and looked into

Let’s be honest everyone. That lady in there shows with her actions she doesn’t trust blacks and Hispanics. Even if it’s justifiable the throws everyone in the same ball. And the energy she gives of is fear and greed. This is why things like this happens. If you provoke people you will manifest it.

If there was a 0 star, they wouldn't even deserve that high of a rating. Horrible service the lady takes money from customers puts it in her pocket. Then says you didn't pay. Horrible

If I could I would rate 0 stars. Heavier lady charged me $10 for a 12 pack of Pepsi and didn’t give me a receipt. Didn’t even know until I checked my banking app. Mfs will literally rob you.

My visit to Shell gas station is/was in the capacity as an electrician, replacing some light fixtures. They primarily serve Rockford's west side residence, both as a gas station and convenience store for residents in the general area. It's your basic mom and pop store, open 365 days a year. Very warm and friendly people.

Pumps Don’t Support Shell Fuel Rewards. Shell should be ashamed of this station. Run down and barely working. Sad.
