All window washer tubs were empty, pumps ran so slow I gave up after only a half tank of gas

They are horrible when we got here my grandpa put his card in and the pump said go inside to pay and ok we go and try to take the card out and it is stuck but when the person came out they said it will unlock but it did not so then the person went in and got this lady and she just easily pulled it out that is weird after that we went in to pay and get something to snack on and when we went to pay they had a hard time getting the register open so then my grandpa said that he wants to use the pump we where at but he could not think what he wants to put on it so then the cashier says you can put 60$ on it and it will come back to your card 🤨why that is so wrong that is a big red flag 🚩I think they where they ng to take money but that was are expensive don't go there ever !!!!!!!!!

it’s a sad site when a shell gas station is mid managed. This gas station has had 4 of the 8 pumps not working for months. When I inquired inside they stated management does not want to fix the pumps. Stay away

Extremely rude employees. Their "system" was down. No note was posted. After walking in the store one of the employees actually yelled at us for walking in. Avoid this place if possible.
