Fantastic customer service. They know how to actually speak with a customer. Smiles. Very organized store clean location.its obvious The manager coaches the staff. Great job. Management makes the job fun. Which comes out with the conversations smiles not only on face but in voice.

We were there Sunday Nov 12th shortly after they opened. Alot if customers but only two employees, one on phone most of the time. The other was young and apparently newer as all answers were "I think so." We would have preferred yes or no. Also wanted a foot measurement but too busy. The slip on men's very limited only a few to choose from. We did manage to buy two pair.

Clean and well-organized. Selection is of course limited as in most outlet situations, so unfortunately, I can't recommend making more than a couple of miles' trip if you are on either end of the sizing scale.

Wasn't really impressed 1) the service was bad no body helped they were more concerned about there social life and there phones then customers for being a shoe store(oulet) 2) the prices are high. It is sad when you can get them cheaper on Amazon and you don't have to leave your house

i went here to see about getting a pair of slip 0n gym shoes. there was no customer service. i asked for help the lkady pointed to the isle and walked away. the only one they had in my size was $95.00 this is a outlet store? i think not.
