Buyer beware. My sleep chamber is not holding air. I've owned the bed for 3 years and they want $168.80 to fix my bed. First year is 100 percent then it goes to %65 and drops 5% each year after. 15 year my behind. This is horrible. I'm now sleeping on my base as a disabled person. Thanks also number for the small hidden print.

After trying two other mattresses, I am so happy with my basic Sleep Number mattress! It works well with my adjustable base. Due to increasing weakness from my disability, as I get older, I can't move easily on a regular mattress. By using the adjustability of Sleep Number, I can move much more easily. I wake up refreshed and pain free every day! On the firmest setting I can use it as an exercise mat. Mike and Brandon have been great, even calling twice to see how things are working out.

My wife's and I associate, Brandon, was extremely helpful and thorough. We broke the differences down between each product line of beds. He listened to our problems we are currently having and gave us a great recommendation! We walked away very happy with our purchase.

Great service! Not pushy in the least. Informative and then lets you make a decision. Even with 5 weeks between our initial visit and our return to purchase, our salesman Henry remembered all the details we had discussed previously. We'll see how the mattress serves us now. Expensive but if it is half of what is advertised, it will be worth it!

Henry the salesman was very thorough and knowledgeable about the different beds. We did not feel pressured. He took the time to find our sleep number and explain the differences in the beds and all the options available. So far very happy with our experience. Can not wait to get our new bed!

I had heard about Sleep Number beds. I had looked online. I was in Rockford one day and saw the actual store. I had some time so I stopped and went in to the store. I was met by Henry. He explained everything. Everything. I am so grateful that I did not buy the bed from an online site. This bed needs instruction from an instructor. Henry is not just a salesperson; he is an instructor. Brandon is another person I met who helps customers. He is equally well-versed in this product. I recommend that if you are looking for a new mattress, look at Sleep Number. I had looked at a several other name brand mattresses. I am happy that I did stop and look at Sleep Number. I was not in a position to make my purchase on the first day I stopped. I did know that when I left the store, that when I did make my new be purchase, it would be a Sleep Number. A few weeks after I visited the store, I did go back and asked a bunch more questions. Then thanks to Henry's guidance, I made my purchase. The bed is on its way! Plus, from what Henry said, there is follow up after the sale to make sure the customer is doing well with the bed and its technology. That is good to know!

Henry did a great job explaining everything to me. And helping me choose the right bed for my husband and I. I feel like he loves his job and takes pride in making the whole experience as enjoyable and as easy as he can. I walked out of there feeling incredibly happy and excited for our new bed! I told him it would be a hard sale. He had to prove a Sleep Number Bed was as good as or better than the bed I've had for the last 45 years! A California King Waterbed! So we found my sleep number and it only got better. I selected the i8 and it feels as comfortable as my bed. I also got the adjustable frame and foot warmer. Looking forward to delivery day. Brandon, thank you for taking your time and thoroughly explaining all the options and details to me.

My 93 year old mother-in-law bought a Sleep Number bed 3 years. She recently moved and couldn't find the remote. She didn't know how to inflate the bed. She doesn't use a smart phone. She slept in her chair, the first night in her new apartment. The associate at our local store on Walton St. helped my husband identify the remote, walked him through how to check that the air hoses etc. had been hooked up correctly by the moving company at the store and helped him re-inflate the bed over the phone. He even offered to let my husband borrow a remote to get the bed inflated as soon as possible. We got the bed inflated and are so grateful to our local store for their help.

Henry our sales person was the most knowledgeable and patient sales person we’ve ever encountered we were so pleased that he had the patience and time to answer all of our questions and lead us to a purchase of such an awesome bed. Highly recommend this store. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesmen at all, just someone who wanted to make sure my wife and I got the best nights sleep possible. Very comfortable environment and.. actually fun. Spending a lot of money on a mattress is stressful, but I have to say we actually enjoyed the experience here. (Henry was also very helpful and professional in the store while we were there). Highly recommend.
