Smokehouse Venison Processing is a seasonal shop open from October 1 to March 31 annually. It offers great service and processing for deer, with very nice and super friendly people. The meat is cleaned thoroughly with no hair, and the place is very clean. They provide excellent tasting summer sausage and amazing snack sticks, along with a great selection of other venison products. The processing time and mounts, including euros and shoulder mounts, are great, creating both meat and memories for hunters. It is a great place worth traveling to, and they are helpful, taking time to discuss orders. Current hours and pick-up dates are posted on their Facebook page, Gotdeerdown, or website.

I really love this place! I always bring my deer here for processing as they make the best sausages and snack sticks. This place is so good I drive over an hour just to get there. I highly recommend this place!

This place produces some of the best venison products you sink your teeth into....and the owner is a peach of a guy.

Great service, I have had 5 deer processed here and never once was I dissatisfied. No hair in the meat, excellent tasting summer sausage and snack sticks….it’s worth the hour and 15 minute ride out there!!!!
