The worst service for any mobile carrier.Don't even bother to switch.They even charged me a restocking fee of $35I told them the phone was defective!

Very happy with my experience, came in and asked for help coming from Verizon I was surprised how smooth and easy it was, in fact I had the best phone buying experience ever! T-Mobile has great options right now and was able to get 2 phones out the door with a 3rd line free, now let’s see you do that Verizon and all within an hour!!!

Horrible customer service. I was here with my mom a few days ago. And there was 3 people on the floor that were suppose to be helping i came in and none of them greeted us. Or even asked if we needed help we waited and waited and no one said anything to us at all. So we left. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Went in to to get new phones and service, they had no desire to give any options, WiFi sucks! The staff sucks, stay away from this place!!!

Not good for disabled people, no chairs and may be required to stand for hours at a time. Seems to be this way at all T-Mobile stores. People working in store were awesome though, totally not their fault

I don't do business here but took a friend. We were in and out quickly and she was very happy. Going on and on about a good deal she got and was showing her new phone to me .Was very nice. Remember her saying it was worth the deal plus her bill would be going down. Well who wouldn't be happy? When are contact runs out we will be shopping around and will definitely be seeing what kind of deals we can get.

I walked to this store in 20 degree weather only to be told that I need a physical I.D. to make a purchase. My temporary I.D. from the D.M.V. wasn't good enough. At least the staff were personable.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable on services and product unlike other sprint stores and doesn't try to see a million useless accessories like other stores. I can't stress this enough to go to this store even if it way farther drive then other sprint stores in town!

I visited the East State location in Rockford. I walked in no one greeted me, I signed in at the kiosk to pay my bill. One employee was helping a couple and one girl was behind a desk doing nothing, I asked how long the wait was, she didn't know... the other one who was helping someone said 2people was in front of me still no greeting, smh I waited for 20 minutes and had to make them have someone who was in the back help me.... I voiced I was calling corporate still no apologies for the wait, smh
