Absolutely the rudest I've ever been treated. Sad a good company like tmobile allows such rude inconsiderate people to even work for them. Will never step into this store again. This was the second time I've been treated badly in this store. Awful place avoid at all costs.

My parents (seniors) received excellent service & attention @ this location! Both the Manager & Keyan went above & beyond to assist them in every step of their transfer & set up! They are kind, patient, respectful, empathetic, courteous and extremely professional! Thank you both for everything!!

I’m trying to upgrade my phone and I want to know how much my bill will increase per month. I’m given one answer, and as I’m about to sign and upgrade my phone I’m given a different answer. Is a customer just supposed to forget and go along with it? That’s scummySo I go back the next day to see if someone knows what’s going on and this time it’s worse. I at least got through the process the first time the second time this lady got pissed and said “are you saying you don’t think I know what I’m doing I’ve been herev7 years”I said “well how long has Bronson been here?”She said “longer than me”And then a coworker had to calm her down and take her away2 people working for every 1 customerThe most inefficient place I’ve ever been what a waste of time and space and moneyClose that store down

Corporate store with NO customer service...Go to Tmobile (TCC wireless) Same price / product and way better customer service...Went in with a broken phone hoping to upgrade but had questions in doing so...Customer service is lacking to say the least at this location..just wanted the sale. Ty seemed very impatient and not very helpful with any of my issues..one of which was transferring all my info from the previous broken phone..if you can't do it we can't do it..Canceled my transaction and walked away..gave it one last shot at the Tmobile in Rockton (non Corporate) ran by TCC wireless..bought a new phone..they answered all my questions even though they were busy. Appreciate the service as I was ready to switch 3 phones to a different company.

Jocelyn was incredibly helpful and quick! I was frustrated all night from trying to swap out a sim card since I was a sprint customer and we all had to switch to the tmobile network. Tried the store in Belvidere but they couldn't help me. I was in and out in 10min here, she was great ?

Shaun was super helpful helping me upgrade my phone. He took the time to really explain things and get me the best phone, phone plan, and pricing. This location is way more knowledgeable and helpful than the Harrison location.

Great place to stop for gas and snacks!! Employees working are very nice. The owner is often there as well. Stop in and Check it out, you won't regret it!

TY was not helpful at all. He was didn't show me how to set my new phone up or switch important apps and information from my previous phone to the new phone. He actually stuck the chip in the phone turned it on and said have a nice day. Then he left. My husband was so upset because of the service that we have been considering replacing our phone services with a different company. We spend a lot of money at TMobile for us to be treated in that manner. We have been customers for over 15 yrs. You would think that we would have been give not only better service but more help. My husband had to google how to set everything up and switch everything over. Thank God for clouds.

Went in to upgrade my phone a couple months ago and the guy that assisted was not very helpful on details about anything. Rushed me like he had something better to do. Shoved any "deals" down my throat that I never asked to hear. Not sales material what so ever. I will never go back here again. On top of this I just ordered a phone online and paid $15 overnight fee to find out it won't be overnighted so called the store to see if they could help and in a very short 1 minute conversation all I got was its close the holidays there is nothing I can do call customer service, very rushed and rude. This is now the 2nd time in less than a month with terrible service. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Learn some respect and customer service. Sprint was far better before this merge, very close to switching all over customer service.Just got off the phone with another store and they were so much more helpful with any detail I asked about.....2 stores 20 minutes apart with 2 totally different attitudes how unreal!
