I want to give a better review but sadly I paid $35+ for a really bummer job. It looks like the center console didn’t get touched by a wipe. Dust everywhere. Couldn’t really do much as they shoo you out of there quite quickly.

I am from out of town and needed a detail bad for my car. After looking around online, I decided to come in and give them a try. I purchased the full interior and exterior detail for $200. It was well worth it! My car looked amazing when they were finished with it. About a month later and my interior still looks clean. Much recommended. So the guy that wiped down the interior of my car was awesome, whoever vacuumed it out, sucked horribly, it literally does not look like it has been vacuumed in the backseat on the floor, or the back hatchback at all, and they rush you out of there because there’s a line of cars behind yours waiting. so unfortunately I didn’t notice until my daughter pointed it out when we were later at the grocery store my fault for not looking, their fault for doing a horrible job if they even did it.Services: Full body wash

Unless you pay $50 dollars for service you will not get the best out of the workers. Never clean rims good m. Same towel used to dry car is used on windows.

Don’t waste your time. Went here on Saturday for a wash and bought the interior exterior wash. Guy said it came with tire shine there was no tire shine in my tires. Did a horrible vacuum job windows were still dirty. I will stick with my car wash I normally go to. Way overpriced for the service I received.Services: Full body wash

Edit: the new owners raised prices and washes no longer include hand towel dry. I will update once I figure out what's going on.I love getting my car washed here! Both the unlimited car wash plan and their interior detailing packages are priced right, and they hand dry my car with attention to detail. Their interior detailing service is tops. Don't hesitate on this choice.

First time there at Rockford location. Got the $60 special for semi detail and they did a fantastic job. Staff was very helpful. Will definitely go back and probably get a full detail.

This car wash get 0 stars!! I went and got a car wash and afterwards I got a crack on my windshield. I told the manager Bryan and yelled at me and told me it's my fault. I have never been so disrespected as a customer. He is the general manager with no customer service. And My car was so dirty even after all that.

Had my carwash done just recently. It included vacuum cleaning with the levels for the car wash. They also wipe down the dash board. I honestly thought that they would wipe down the seats in the back, but I was mistaken. Overall, I felt that they did a good job and I didn't have to wait that long for the vacuum the car, wipe the dashboard, and the car wash and had dry. I heard some other clients comment on how their internal full detail is good, but I did not purchase that for my time I was there.

Got an oil change there, and a mistake was made and my oil filter housing was damaged, leading to a severe oil leak and a $700 repair. However the staff was very kind and willing to work with me and the mechanic, by taking accountability for the damage and working things out. Thanks for working with me with a difficult situation. The interior cleaning was also nice.Services: Full body wash

Been a few years since I have been here. Gone way down hill. $25 for a wash and vacuum and they didn't even dry my roof or wipe my door jams. I was literally the only person there so they had plenty of time. Also did a poor job cleaning my glass. Skip it go somewhere else

I have gone here a couple times in the past and never had a good experience, from money being stolen from my car (my fault - I shouldn’t have left it in the car and I take ownership of that) to incredibly poor work. Today, the third row of my vehicle wasn’t vacuumed because they “couldn’t lay down a seat”, the windows were steaky and there was stuff that they just flat out failed to wash off. This is the most expensive car wash in the area and does the worst job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!Services: Full body wash

Went in for the show room package for $225. Dropped my car off at 8am. Called at 1pm to get an update. Was told another hour. After calling multiple times at around 5pm and getting no response, decided to go up there and find out if it was done (since they close at 6pm). Was told it was done and been done since 330pm. Never received a call. Overall work: 7.5/10. Can see some dust and grime left in crevasses. Some outside areas were not cleaned on the driver's end. Biggest issue: my floor mat for the front were destroyed. Frayed in areas and had a noticeable decent sized hole. This was NOT how I left it. Now I have to replace the mat, which is not a cheap replacement.Service: Auto detailing

They have a sign up this lane you stay in car instead of waving me into that lane since I find out later that it is for both options she lets me sit there waiting for other lane while another car blows by those waiting thinking they have to wait for the full service lane her only explanation was oh we have to take that sign down really? Then why didn’t you flag me to come in? Very poor management

I've gone here a couple times over the years, as a matter of convenience - they have good hours, but that's about it. One time, I had $20 stolen out of my vehicle, but I took ownership of that - I shouldn't have left the money in my car. However, one consistent thing I experience is poor service and today was the last straw. I paid for the $35 car wash and my third row wasn't vacuumed, nor was my trunk, when I inquired about this, I was told they couldn't move a seat to get to the third row, despite me demonstrating for them how easily this could be done. There was still stuff on the exterior of my car that even the attendant admitted should have been cleaned off. You can drive down the road to Belvidere for a much more thorough wash for less money. Also, this place used to be locally owned, but the attendant today told me it had recently been bought out by a franchise, so I only expect things to go further downhill from here...
