If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My elderly father went in to get his number ported over, the line was setup and the phone was purchased through customer service — he has no WiFi so customer service told us to set it up in a T-Mobile store. The guy at the store REFUSED to help him get it setup because he didn’t earn the commission on the sale of a phone that was free, even though there were NO other customers in the store. The other man said he wouldn’t be able to even if he wanted because I wasn’t there which was false because he was already setup as an authorized user for this specific purpose. The most unreal and absurd experience ever. AVOID THIS LOCATION. This is the kind of service you will receive.

Went in there to make a payment and ask about some other stuff and when I walked in on a Hispanic worker yelling at a customer and a little kid. WOW! didn’t know that’s how they did business there. Definitely not going there again and don’t recommend anyone to go unless you want to get yelled at by their staff.

If I could give this shop MINUS 5 stars, I would.They could not help with my problem and suggested i call customer service.The store was dead. They could have called for me.Then, when I complained about my poor quality connectivity for such HIGH prices (no swearing, moderate tone), I was told to leave the store. It's all on the security tape.The woman who disrespected herself should be fired.I will never return to this or any other tmobile shop again.If I could afford to pay off my phone now, I would be gone.Tmobile is overpriced and of no better quality than ANY of the other options. Save yourself the aggravation and the coin.UPDATE: After leaving the shop and calling customer service, my Tmobile Samsung S21 dropped the call 5 TIMES.

This place is the best place for phone service. Dev, John, diva went above and beyond to help us set up a new line they literally went out of their way to help this place I give 5 stars.

They made me wait while they taped my phones into a box and then told me to go drop it in the mail box at the corner. took them 10 min to tape the boxes. The initial lady helping me was very nice and sweet, it was whomever was "training" her that was unpleasant.

I've had to come into the store twice this last week. And both times I was helped by Maria!She was incredibly helpful and patient and accommodating!She needs a raise in my opinion. I wish I could have left her 2 reviews she went above and beyond both times I went in.The second most recent time there was another person working with her, who was also very helpful and knowledgeable! He also deserves much credit and praise!

I came here a month ago and they have poor customer service. They also lied about a tracker that was free but turns out it’s about 2.50 a month.
