Just moved to the area and came to the target here. I unfortunately had the worst experience with the manager Wes causing such a distress I will not be back! I asked for a manager to get clarifications regarding returns and what he had was the worst attitude, ANS threw my ID at me.

I haven't had the best experience at this location. I was buying a charger for my phone one time and she added a protection plan without even asking me. I didn't notice until later when I was home. The charger didn't even fit my phone so I had to return it. I tried to get my money back for the protection plan but they can't return "because of their policy." So thanks for that. Another time I had a few items in my cart and left it in an aisle while I went to the bathroom. When I got back my cart was gone. One of the associates had started putting my things away! Maybe don't do that when someone is trying to shop. Chill for a minute. What if I had my purse in there, or an item that was the last of its kind that I couldn't replace? Literally left my cart for five minutes, if that! I understand if a cart has been there for hours unattended, but just let a person shop at their pace. Go somewhere else, this location lacks a lot.

I went in hoping to buy a replacement cutter head for my Braun electric razor. Unfortunately, if they even care isn't, they're not out on a display shelves. So it was a wasted visit.

You know when you have to go to the restroom and you park your cart outside the bathroom with items in it and you're only in the bathroom 5 minutes and come out and your cart is gone and none of the workers seem to know where it's at then I guess I don't need to shop here anymore!!

Thank God the app tells you the exact shelf things are on, it saved a star.
Bought a gift card and it didn't get bagged with the rest of my items. Tried to call customer service 6x and it rang out each time. Guess I'll have to try and chase someone down in person, and hope to God I get it back.

You can't never get a representative on the phone. They always have empty shelves in particular the toys department. How I miss Toys R' Us.
