Im relatively new to the world of cigar smoking. I came in looking for a box of cigars for my brothers wedding. Abraham hooked me up! He was extremely nice and professional, recommended a variety of cigars that fit what I was looking for, and made sure it fit inside my budget. Awesome experience, and I will be making the trip out for my future cigar needs.

I've been a customer of Tinderbox since it was in the Cherryvale mall in the 1990's. Definitely the best selection of cigars, wine, and high end liquors anywhere near Rockford. Dennis (owner) and Rhonda (Manager) are the finest of people, as well as the rest of the staff and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed! Please tell them I said hello!

Pipe tobacco needs a update there are so many bulk tobaccos on the market that they don't have that they could get in . ,, and pipe selection is lacking . Over all good tobacco store and great staff. Great store and great customer service .

Wonderful owner who was accomidating and welcoming from the second we walked in. Talked bourbon and cigars with us and even made a few reccomendations. Great Spot and would go back again when in town!

Nice wine and spirits selection! You don't need to be a cigar fan to shop here. Dennis does a nice job keeping a broad selection of wines in a range of prices. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable

Dennis and his two associates are extremely engaged and educated in the field of tobacco. I cant say the same for spirits as i dont drink. Dennis has educated me in many things but what he excels in is treating everyone with respect. From experienced to the non. Theres no BS here. The man and his associates dont treat you like a customer because they treat you like family. Im not an experienced cigar smoker. But ive had a few. He asked me what i like and made recommendations. Never once made me feel like i didn't know what i wanted. Because he knew where i was/am in my life's journey. Respect. Love. And more.
