Nice and smooth delivery of U boxes, , very flexible schedulehighly recommended

Owner claims they are the largest U-haul in Illinois, yet they had 4 trucks and 2 trailers. I say this because of the arrogance and rudeness of the owner. I had to work around his schedule and he was not present, I had to make an “appointment” which he claims this is how “U-haul works” even though I made my reservation for a specific pickup time and have never had to book a specific time with any other location. The owner claimed that means nothing and I need to book a time to pick up with him. I’ve rented countless trailers from countless locations and never experienced such a rude and unprofessional owner (even downtown Chicago). I’d much rather rent from the other locations in the area.
