U-pack was so much cheaper than any other company and their customer service was AMAZING. I received everything in a timely manner and they allowed me to keep the truck longer when things didn’t go as expected.

Everything was great. They drives showed up on time and were very kind and courtious. The whole process was simple and easy. The price was reasonable and the people were easy to work with. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do I will always chose U-Pack!

I did a ton of shopping around for a moving service. U-Pack was by far the cheapest out of the big name brands from Chicago to Austin and they delivered right to my door on both ends without an additional fee. The communication was amazing and the drivers offered assistance with packing ideas.

I have nothing but positive things to say about u-pack! We rented space in one of their trailers for our move from Utah to Illinois. Every driver and office person we talked with was friendly and helpful. Our stuff arrived EARLIER than their earliest estimated day and the only things damaged were definitely due to packing errors... Being able to load and unload over a few days instead of having to do it all in a uhaul the night before we left was so wonderful. And not having to drive a uhaul through the mountains was amazing! The price is so reasonable for the total ease of use! There were no sneaky fees when they came to pick it up or drop it off. What they quoted was what we paid (adjusted for the space we used...)! Hopefully we won't be moving again, but would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone moving further than across town!

These folks made the move very easy. Great communication and fair prices. Great drivers going in and out of driveways. Person that helped estimate the amount of space we would need was spot on! Can't thing of one negative thing or anything to improve! Totally satisfied!! Moved from Illinois to NC! Great experience!
