Been loyal customers for over 30 yrs and at this branch today ATM failed to give us the cash, but removed it from our account.
There were 5 cars behind our car so we couldn't get all info off ATM so went inside. Teller was condescending and rude, and then mgr chimed in very rudely protecting her employee (understandable) but she should have taken us customers privately in her office or find a room to give us the info and procedures how to get our own money instead! Teach the managers better!!
And to make it worse, the ATM attached to bank, right by drive thru Teller IS NOT OWNED BY US BANK so they can just brush it off as not their problem! Why doesn't the ATM clearly state it is not owned by US BANK!!

Slowest service I have ever experienced. Usually takes 30-45 minutes to make a simple deposit.

They wanted me to get a line of credit, said it would cost nothing. Then later on they tacked on a fee. No I owe $500.00 They must have learned it from Wells Fargo.

I have been banking with US Bank for decades. I have never been limited on how much can be deposited into my account with a deposit slip from my checkbook. This literally has all of my account information printed directly on it, not hand written. My fiancé was refused to make entire deposit and limited to a small amount. Very inconvenient!! Will be looking for a more accessible bank for our needs. I was unable to leave the stars blank so 1 star is inaccurate as well, zero stars in my actual opinion. Ridiculous!

Ridiculous , charge someone to cash a check on their banks account , then to pay the fee get offerer to use their atm for another fee. Will move the rest of the family accounts to midland from now on.

Poor service. All you Gotta do is click buttons. When the customer is clearly right, you help them. Not give them a hard time. Good bye to that bank. God bless ?

I have had nothing but good experiences with this branch. Lindsay in client services is exceptional. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful! The tellers are friendly and efficient. Drew is great and always welcoming. There can be a bit of a wait at the drive-through at times, but it is obvious that the tellers are working the counter as well as the window and are taking care of people in the order that they arrive. I am grateful that they are taking their time to ensure that transactions are accurate and mistakes are not made with my money :) We have been doing business with this bank for a few years and will continue well into the future.

I have to use this bank for business reason otherwise I wouldn’t come close this branch. I use the drive thru and no matter what time of day it’s always a 10 minute wait time. I just do a simple check deposit. The people are ok I just don’t understand why it takes them so long every time I use their bank. Also, their hours are horrible. Only open to 4 and no later times is just ridiculous. Definitely not customer focused or friendly.

Rachel has poor time management and can't keep appointment times. Might as well be a walk in business, don't offer appointments if you can't keep your appointments on time.

Just like the other reviews said: Worst banking experience of my life. The manager rudely speaks over you instead of listening. "Do you work here? Do you work here? Do you work here? Then you don't know the policy, do you?"Why would you ask a customer, repeatedly, if he works for you? The level of rudeness and incompetence at this bank is truly unbelievable. And this is from the branch manager, no less. i advise you stay far, far away from this rude and incompetent branch.

The staff is rude and also not very helpful. They said they couldn't add me to my wife's checking account because there was no open appointments. The only ones in the bank were the 3 bankers, my wife and I. How were they out of appointments? The manager was in her office going through her phone and the bankers just having their dunkin coffees. What a waste of time driving to this branch.
