“Very clean and well organized. My daughter found a vintage beauty light and I picked up a pink Pyrex pie plate for $4. The lady at the register was very kind and welcoming. She helped my daughter. We will visit again!”
“They are not open after 5:00 PM during the work week but I have to arrange my schedule to shop on the weekend. I have brought things in to sell and that experience has some rules attached that are similar to other consignment/resale shops. They are pretty picky about what they except and they don't pay out much per item (like $0.50-$2 for most things). The staff do not seem to warm up to you quick but I think they are just very busy. I've been coming here for years. I can usually find some unique and fun stuff for a fair price. Clothes, jewelry, accessories, and household items are typically what I buy here. My only wish is to have them open a little later during the week.”
“This Salvation Army store is next to a rehab center for the same, the selection is wide, clean, and well stocked, you can find most anything here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a bad part of Rockford so go during daylight hours, huge selection of books, movies, clothes, etc.”

“I wish I could give 5 stars. Quality items and good prices. Younger woman behind register was very nice but what is the deal with the other lady that opens up cases for people with glassses and brown hair?? She was extremely rude and short with me while opening up cases. I was so uncomfortable and it was just weird why she was so rude. Stick her in the back or put her outside on the street in a mascot costume. That way she won’t have to deal with customers ?”
