We never get some of our mail. A neighbor's mail was found down the street, with car tracks all over it. We just received important mail a month to late. You need to hire someone new. For 709 5th street. All the neighbors are tired of it.

the post office on Broadway it’s not very good post office. They don’t care about homeless people you know you’re struggling and trying to get a PO Box and you gotta have all kinds of different requirements just to get a PO Box when you have your driver license they still want to get a voting and you gotta go through all kinds of mess just to get a PO Box that’s unbelievable. You know they’re very selfish. They don’t care about nobody else but themselves and all they care for money and heck everybody else disappointed I went to go get a PO Box and I had to have all different kinds of IDs and all that didn’t even wanna help you out knowing that you’re homeless you’re struggling they don’t care only care about themselves. You guys need to be more caring about homeless people people to give voting license or have all these other requirements I think should be enough. God have mercy upon you guys.

The worst, dyngy post office. The lady Jo was rude, went outside to pick up the mail while I was waiting to send my package. She was having multiple excuses: can't print the address ( it was prepaid and the website advice me: no printer, no problem, go to USPS. Than it was the box that I reused from the neck massager. She told me that I can't send it as it has batteries? The original massager was plug in, no batteries and the content inside was a blazer, not a freaked massager!

What a joke. Never open when they say they are. I've been by twice during your hours of operation & the door is locked and lights are off. Waste of my time.
