I'm new to Rockford and this was the first time going to a post office in the area which is located in a lovely old civic building with an ADA compliant ramp for easy access for rollators/wheelchairs and Ms. Theresa provided me with absolutely WONDERFUL customer service!

The the woman on duty is very polite and efficient.and she always asks if I need anything else before she rings me up

Called there and it rang 53 times before someone picked it up and THEN HUNG it up. Called right back and no one answered AGAIN. Poor management!!!
