Stay far away from this company, they have idiots working there that do not do their job. They will say they will extend your rental when they actually do not and then they report the truck stolen and they keep charging your bank account when they are not suppose to. They also say you drop it off somewhere other tjst the location you picked it up from when you actually did drop it off where you picked it up from. I will never use this company again. They falsely charge and they do not know what they are doing. Terrible customer service as well. I have never had a problem with the actual company U-Haul but the cub contractor Value Plus out of Rockford is an absolute horrible company and the truck that I got was not clean and the odometer kept blinking and missing numbers and the mileage is not accurate, I only did about 55 miles and they charged me for over a 100. I didn’t even want to give them 1 star , they are in the negative with stars in my eyes

Please please!!!!! Don’t rent from them they rented me a car and I was pulled over for illegal registrations and the plates were registered to a vehicle I did not rent….. Took them to court and won my case and they still haven’t paid me smh I’m about to take to back to to court for none payment.

Every time that I have needed a rental or U-Haul this company has came through. Thank u guys for the excellent customer service that Zack provided which made the rental process easy and straightforward. My family and I will not go anywhere else from now on. Keep up the great service.

Place seemed kind of shady. Paid by card, had a hard time getting a receipt. Then they told me it was because the equipment i rented, wasnt even in their inventory. Hmmm

I rent from this location about once every couple weeks. This morning I went in to pick up a truck and the young girl was rolling her ? eyes and had such a bad attitude!! I will spend my $ some place else from now on. NO THANKS YOU just lost a faithful customer.

Stay away from this my sister was going to get a rental from them because Enterprise is all she goes in and and they say they do not take bank cards only major credit cards so I called and asked hi do you guys take American Express the lady said no we only take I'm like American Express is a major she was like well unfortunately we only take major credit cards so I was confused so then I asked again so you guys don't take any bank cards either right she's like no only major credit cards so my sister goes and anyway then they wanted proof of insurance I never in my life have went to a rental company that was asking for proof of insurance I know rental companies give you the option to use your I have never heard them say you had to use your cuz what if that person never had stay away a bunch of

Rented a car from here for the weekend while other places were closed and my car broke down. They really saved my weekend. Was a nice car good price for rental and good customer service
