Vaughns is the place to go if you want affordable products and QUALITY Customer Service.I recently ordered an AC unit from Amazon and UPS for my uncle and the product arrived damaged, twice. I decided to just shop local.I'M GLAD I DID! Troy, the customer representative who helped me, was such a true professional and in less than 10 minutes we had the new unit ordered and Troy was kind enough to schedule same day delivery. This really helped my disabled uncle a lot and we thank you for your attentive, kind and detailed customer service.If you want customer service that delivers, go to Vaughns.

I took my mom to Vaughns Home Furnishings and Appliances to look for 2 full-size box springs. The place Is a lot bigger than I thought. My mom's favorite was the clearance section. They also had furniture, appliances, and home decor that had small defects like a scratch, dent, or a chip in the paint. They discount all those items at a reasonable price.

I’ve been doing business with this company since I was 17 years old! The owner Mr. Staci is no longer a part of the day-to-day operations, and a company that once gave me a family feel is all about money. Everything is 100x what it costs to buy outright, and the “reminder” calls and texts are blatantly disrespectful with threats and misinformation. No one in the store talks to the next employee, so if you have an arrangement with one person, the lady in the back still calls you and threatens you! Take your hard-earned money somewhere else. The Vaughns we grew to love died!

The first time I shop there I was 19 years old they were located on West State Street I have bought my dad the latest floor model color TV it was called Curtis Mathes in I still shop there now I did enjoy talking to the owner and his staff a great place to shop it is my go to
