While people think Village Green is high priced I've done some comparison shopping with plants and find thier pricing to be equal to other places I've looked and in some cases it has been lower. Not going to say you won't find some things higher but for the most part very competitive for plants they grow. I like being able to go in and ask questions as their plant people are very knowledgeable. With the patio and interior furniture - you get what you pay for. Want something that will give you a few good years buy cheap stuff. Want furniture that will last - you're going to pay more for the better quality. Do you expect the same things from a Buick that you do an Audi? I love local business

Lawrence was very great helping ne pick out flowers.Being a VIP member is fantastic. Bought mums for only $5. The annual VIP Christmas party is not to be missed. The designer/saleswoman Torrie can help you figure out just what your outside space needs. I have my eye on new window boxes and a water fountain. Our youngest son and I had a tradition of buying their special geraniums every spring. Sure miss those days of his coming as long with me. Sigh... one day, grandkids will continue that tradition.Thx Village Green for all the memories made and still to come!

First time visiting here and had a great experience. I’ve never owned plants before so I had a lot of questions, but Lilly (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back if I can manage to keep this plant alive!

We went to Villages Green looking for outdoor lights. We asked employees who were standing around talking. We got a one word answer "no". They then resumed socializing with each other. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Half of the plants were dead. There were a few orchids that were practically dead and I asked if they could be discounted. I was told no there were still full price even though they were almost dead. Seems like they don't take care of the plants.

Not much help around. Didn't need to travel for the prices. Could be I am just tired of gas and everything causing so much. Beautiful things there without a doubt. But the prices were out of control. Found some plants that I picked up. Deck furniture... No chance.

I recently had shoulder surgery and needed assistance lifting my purchases and getting them to my car. Isabella pushed my cart and helped with everything. Customer service was exceptional and very much appreciated!

Poor quality merchandise and a very disappointing customer service experience lead to this review. I have been a customer of Village Green's for many years and I have spent a lot of money there, but no longer. I bought a cement statue from them a year ago as a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. It was around $60.00. This spring it had broken into many pieces. Turns out the statue is hollow and poor quality. They have these for sale all over VG on Riverside. Buyer beware. I realize it has been a year, but a cement statue even when left outside should last for several years. Anyone who shops at VG knows you will pay a premium. With that comes the expectation of high quality and excellent customer service. I spoke with Jessica, the CEO of Village Green about it and she had very little to say. She put the blame on us and said we should have taken it inside and they had no policy on cement statues. She made no effort to try to do anything to resolve the situation or take care of the customer. I feel they should have replaced or refunded the item, but honestly if she had just cared a little and done anything I likely would have been fine with the situation. I am pretty reasonable and it wouldn't have taken much to keep me as a customer. I was planning to buy my spring flowers while I was there but I was so disappointed with how the situation was handled that I left.

All form no substance. Their offering for plants are very pedestrian, and their stock of non plant items is very overpriced. The place looks great visually and everything is very nicely decorated. The staff is super nice. They do have a nice selection of windchimes as well. But i was super underwhelmed by this place.
