Walkins are not welcome like advertised in multiple areas. (Insurance website, their website, and the giant sign in their window). Came in right at opening and even before looking at the computer the receptionist just said they have no appointments for over 2 weeks.

The ladies working were very helpful and polite. Helped me sign up for a payment plan for my glasses. The doctors on screen were also very polite and professional despite the screen barrier. All in all everything went pretty well.

Pam was very kind and warm. She made us feel comfortable. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She explained what our insurance covered and wasn't pressuring. We loved working with her. We definitely would highly recommend Visionworks!! Thank you to Pam and all of the staff for making it such an awesome experience!!

A couple weeks ago we purchased glasses. Pam assisted us. She was great with purchasing even helped me pick out my glasses. However when I picked them up the script seemed off but I gave them a try. I called they and said they weren't working I was told to stop back in
I guess Tori couldn't be bothered from taking selfies because she told me I had to come back when Pam was there to assist me since she originally helped me. I think they work off commissions with all the up selling they do. I asked Tori for a refund she refused. Horrible service from that one. Like I said Pam is delightful but that isn't going to help me see.

I walked in at the store the 2 woman where very welcome , I had a minor issue with my glasses and immediately knew the problem.Resolved the issue very quick . Great job ladies!! You guys rock

Tori was great! She was very thorough with the exams & went by very quickly. Pam & Heather were very helpful in picking out glasses.

The associate Tori and the manager Pam are not trained in problem solving or conflict resolution. When approached by a customer to resolve an issue that was the store’s fault, they were defensive, aggressive, and not helpful. I was also given wrong information multiple times and only when I called customer service, did they let me know the actual correct information. I am not interested in providing more details of my experience to an email. The only feedback I have is for the employees to have updated customer service training and training on the guarantees and services they offer.
