We got there late on a Saturday afternoon and they squeezed us right in. Everyone was friendly from the front staff to the optometrist. I was very impressed with the customer service which is why I'm taking the time to write a review.

Had a first time experience at vision works at Cherry vale mall in Rockford Illinois. Made an appointment and was able to get it the same day The staff was very helpful and patient The Dr was so knowledgeable made sure I understood the changes that was going on with my eyes I recommend Vision Works for your eye wear they have such a great selection of eye wear to chose from

Everyone is amazing and so helpful and nice from the moment I sat down everyone helped and was so caring and nice … Pam is so helpful and kind ! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place ! I will spread the word on the exceptional service!

On hold for 15 minutes after calling the local number and a call center answers and doesn't help at all. Avoid this place and the bad service. 20 minutes wasted

I have been into Visionworks at Cherryvale Mall several times over the past few months. Each time I entered the store, I was greeted immediately by Heather or Pam, even though they were always extremely busy with many customers! Both of them were patient as I tried on many different frames until I found the ones I wanted. They were professional, kind and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I feel like this type of customer service is rare these days and needs to be recognized!

Visited the Visionworks at the Cherryvale Mall, Rockford, IL location (store# 849) on July 10th, 2023 and was greeted with a smile by Heather. I explained to Heather that I needed nose pads for my Columbia glasses that I purchased six’ish months ago as she did not hesitate to set me up and install two new pads. Nice to get great customer service! Thank you again, Heather!!

The staff and doctor were welcoming and listened to my concerns. They were helpful and worked with my insurance to explain my options for contacts. I would recommend this store for eye care needs.

The Vision works location at Cherryvale Mall was great. I was able get in immediately. The only problem was they didn't take Medicare or Aetna insurance but I needed to get my eyes dilated. But the Dr was very quick and explained everything as we went along.

Me and My husband both had a great experience with these lovely ladies. First they got my husband set up with the correct contacts for the scar tissue in his eye, where the other Dr's didn't not, and his old contacts was giving him fits rubbing the inside of his eye continually.So they did such a great job with him I decided to go. This past year my vision has gotten extremely worse. I told them of my concerns. They got me in and found out that the past dr has gave me the wrong contacts and eye glasses. I needed bifocals in both. And they gave me neither. I got my glasses in today, and for the first time in months I can see my finger tips!! Thank yall so very much! God Bless Yall!

I love working here at Visionworks. Instarted in Feburary of 2018 and the staff and Doctors are always friendly. I love our selection of frames and i feel we have prices for every budget. Not to mention our sales are amazing!!!

I love my new glasses, and got them on the date expected! They have a wide variety of frames available, which is why I chose Visionworks over other eye care centers.The staff are friendly and not overly pushy with sales.

TAKE ME OUT OF THE SYSTEM!!! This place is horrible and even worse to work at. If i have to I will go up and beyond to corporate I will. there is no need to constantly call/email spam I have called several times to have myself removed from the system and whoever answers the phone said that they will but clearly has yet to do any of that
